Ripoff Report Complaints

LiliCloth utilizes the address 216 Harris Court, South San Francisco, CA, according to a Ripoff Report complaint. The address is an industrial space utilized by several online vendors, including Elegent Fashion, Empire Enterprises, Jasmin, VIP Express Co., WellPieces, Crossroads Express, CityFeet, Annie Cloth, and Cross Leading LLC.

The Ripoff Report complaints claim received items were not as described. One complaint suggested LiliCloth was not located in California but in Guangzhou, China.

Afterword – LiliCloth Scam

Is LiliCloth a scam? Yes, according to Ripoff Reports complaints, it is a scam. There are way too many of these scam vendor websites to keep count. A Google search shows the same products on AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. All of these vendor options are much more secure than LiliCloth. If you are looking for affordability, your best option will always AliExpress. Amazon prices have skyrocketed over the past few years, even though the majority of their products come right from China.

WHERE IS TSHIRT i ORDERED ?

THE MATCH IS IN ONE HAND

THE BOMB IS IN THEOTHER HAND

    • nayzayerz says:

Mam, we are not affiliated with LiliCloth or any other unofficial website. We are a review website. You will need to contact LiliCloth directly or file a BBB complaint. Good luck!

  2. Lindsey Barrow Sr. says:

I ordered two shiirts for my wife’s birthday, but only received one (for $42). How can I check the status of the second shirt, which was ordered a full month ago?

  3. Mary Louise says:

I ordered 5 shirts (100.00) and only have one that fits. My husband refers to it as his $l00 Tshirt. The sizes are screwed up, the print material doesn’t look very durable and will probably wash out very fast. When I tried to exchange/return them I got an e-mail telling me they had to be returned to China at my expense and I would need to pay import taxes. Lesson learned –
buy locally if possible, and from USA companies.

  4. Lynda Weatherwax says:

Ordered 2 sweatshirts. size Large. Too big and wanted to exchange for Medium.
Policy says no exchanges and would refund me 15%. WHAT!!! I don’t think so!
Am still in process of fighting with them. I only paid 60.00 for the order but am angry that I cannot exchange. i AM DEMANDING FULL REFUND.
It will cost twice as much to return so I may keep .WILL NOT USE THIS CO. AGAIN AND BUYERS BEWARE

    • nayzayerz says:

This is not a company, you are dealing with but instead, an Alibaba dropshipper. There is no option to return unless you want to ship back to China. Good luck!

  5. Cathy says:

I just ‘looked’ at their website. Made no order. Did NOT give my credit card number.
Yet I found a charge on my visa July 25th for $43.98. It’s October 24th now. Seems like I’d receive ‘something’ had I placed an order. All I got was charged for something I DID NOT ORDER.
Contacted them today asking for a refund. Doubt I’ll get it. Going to report them the to BBB and Visa, not that that will do any good.
Scammers need called out. LILICLOTH ARE SCAMMERS!

    • nayzayerz says:

File a chargeback with your credit card. This is the only way to get a refund. You are not dealing with a legitimate company, but a group of scam artists. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

  6. marc jaun stull says:

Bought what looked like a sweatshirt for my wife. Was charged, not at known shipment date, but 1 month before arrival.
Did receive item. Was not as expected — not a sweatshirt, but rather a thin material that would not qualify as clothing someone would wear. Requested a return. This is where their scam is revealed. Item cost $20 + $10 shipping. Lilicloth responded by advising the item must be returned to a location in China. No refund (minus shipping) would be made until item is received and approved for refund of some sort. Was also offered a refund of 15% of the purchase price to close my return process. Oh boy — I guess the rip-off is on me this time! Just keeping the “sweatshirt” and chalking this up to a life’s experience. My hope is that Lilicloth is somehow prosecuted for the crooks they are!

  7. KPARKER says:

Got shorts, wrong color and size.
Must pay in advance to send item to ChinA, WHICH WOULD COST MORE THAN THE ITEM
    LESSON LEARNED

  8. Neil says:

Add me to the list of victims. 3 shirts $89.00 plus shipping. Sent two complaints and “Crickets!” May a thousand syphilitic fleas infest the person responsible for the site!!
