Authorities are searching for two Indian men in connection to a double stabbing in Ormond yesterday. One man is dead and another was seriously injured in the attack. Victoria Police report that Homicide Squad detectives are searching for brothers Abhijeet Abhijeet and Robin Gartan.

It is believed that the brothers are traveling in a stolen 2014 white Toyota Camry sedan with registration 1ZO 2QW. Victoria Police say the men were last seen in the Ormond area in the early hours of May 5 after the incident occurred.

Around 1am on Sunday, emergency services responded to a residential property following reports of a dispute. At the scene, responding units found two men with stab wounds. A 30-year-old Noble Park man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

A 22-year-old Noble Park man was taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to call 000 immediately or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
