The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is searching for additional victims after a professional photographer was arrested for sexual assault. BCSO reports that 48-year-old John Steven Lill was hired by the victim for boudoir photos.

The victim arrived at the location which was also Lill’s residence. BCSO says Lill told the victim no one could wait outside his residence during the photo session. It is alleged that the victim was offered wine and lost consciousness during the photo shoot.

Once the victim regained consciousness, she believed she may have been assaulted by Lill. The victim notified BCSO on May 4, 2024. BCSO deputies responded to the residence in north Bexar County.

BCSO deputies gathered evidence from the victim while Lill left in his vehicle before returning. BCSO says Lill agreed to speak to investigators and said he had a consensual encounter with the victim. The victim denies this. Lill was taken into custody and booked for Sexual Assault.
