Clovis Police are searching for a man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a victim. CPD is asking for the public’s help in locating 27-year-old Bikramjit Singh of Fresno, California. CPD reports that Singh is a suspect in a sexual assault on the night of April 21, 2024.

He is accused of presenting himself as an Uber driver in the Old Town area, picking up an adult victim, and transporting her to an unknown location where he sexually assaulted her. Singh is wanted for various charges, including Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, and Sexual Assault.

Clovis Police describe the 27-year-old as an Indian male with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about Singh’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 559-498-STOP or CPD at 559-324-2800.
