A 33-year-old man was shot in Baltimore on Friday night. The Baltimore Police Department reports that the man’s injuries are not life-threatening. Around 10:50 p.m. on May 3, 2024, BPD officers responded to the intersection of West North Avenue and North Bentalou Street for a report of a shooting.
At the scene, responding officers found a 33-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Aid was rendered until medics could transport the victim to an area hospital for treatment. BPD says the man’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
The preliminary investigation indicates the shooting occurred in the 1900 block of North Bentalou Street, according to authorities. Western District Shooting Detectives have responded to assume control of the investigation.
