The Vicksburg Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Friday night. VPD reports that the shooting occurred after an event at the City Pavilion at 100 Army Navy Drive after 9 p.m.

It is reported that multiple people sustained gunshot wounds during the shooting. Multiple vehicles were also damaged by gunfire. VPD confirms that several spent shell casings were recovered from the scene.
