Three individuals have been arrested in connection to a homicide at the Fawnbrook Apartments. The Twin Falls Police Department reports that its officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Fawnbrook Apartments at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue around 7:22 p.m. on July 3, 2024.

35-year-old Miguel Lawrence Garza was transported to an area hospital with a gunshot wound and succumbed to his injuries. The Criminal Investigation Division identified and located all vehicles and persons involved in the incident.

29-year-old Dustin Aaron Molina is charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, Evidence Destruction, Alteration or Concealment, Burglary, Grand Theft, and Auto Theft. 26-year-old Roberto Miranda Villa is charged with Conspiracy – Accessory.

22-year-old Karina Lara Martinez is charged with Auto Theft.
