The Boston Police Department has identified the victim in a homicide on Glenville Avenue on November 25. According to a press release, officers assigned to District D-4 responded to a radio call of two people shot at 85 E Newton Street just before 2:30 AM on November 25, 2023. Upon arrival, officers located two adult males with gunshot wounds. One of the victims was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The second victim’s injuries are not considered life-threatening. Detectives say the victims were shot in a parking lot adjacent from 12 Glenville Avenue in Allston. Today, police identified the deceased as 32-year-old Marco Alfonso Sosa of Lynn.
