Baltimore police followed up on a Shot Spotter alert in the 600 block of North Dukeland Street before 8:00 p.m. on November 26, 2023. At the scene, officers were approached by an individual who directed them to the 2000 block of Winchester Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim later succumbed to his injuries at an area hospital.

The victim’s identity is not available at this time.
