According to the Chicago Police Department, 19-year-old Jesus Franco of Chicago was arrested on November 17, 2023 in the 5600 block of West Division Street. He is accused of participating in a fatal shooting of a 19-year-old male and two 29-year-old male victims in the 3100 block of West 39th Pl on November 4, 2023.

Police say Franco was placed into custody and charged accordingly. Franco is facing three felony counts of murder in the first degree, three felony counts of murder other forcible felony, and one felony count of unlawful vehicular invasion.
