The Yuma Police Department has announced the arrest of 33-year-old Kacee Figueroa. YPD reports that it received a report of a sex offense within the city limits of Yuma on August 29, 2024.

YPD alleges that the investigation determined a 14-year-old male had videos of an adult female who was in a partial state of undress. YPD says it identified the female as 33-year-old Kacee Figueroa.

During the investigation, authorities say the child reported a sex act had occurred between himself and Figueroa on or around June 2024. Detectives also believe that Figueroa sent the inappropriate images/videos of herself to the child.

Figueroa was taken into custody and booked on several felony offenses. Anyone with information is asked to call YPD at 928-373-4700.
