The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a drive-by shooting in Mineral Wells, West Virginia. According to WCSO, Wood County E911 received a call reporting a drive-by shooting in the area of Post Mill Way around 4:52 p.m. on March 18, 2024.

At the scene, responding deputies discovered that an unknown person or persons had fired a weapon hitting a vehicle in the area. No injuries were reported. Deputies and detectives are still investigating the shooting. No additional details are available at this time.
