A man has been arrested for Domestic Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Child Abuse after allegedly stabbing a juvenile in the neck. Pryor Creek Police Chief Jeremy Cantrell reports that officers responded to the Green Country Mobile Home Park for a report of a juvenile male who had been stabbed in the neck.
At the scene, officers found the juvenile victim outside a mobile home and provided medical aid. The victim had a laceration to his neck. Police allege that the mother’s boyfriend, Mark Robinson, stabbed the victim with a knife.
Robinson was found inside the residence and taken into custody. Detectives processed the scene. PCPD believes the attack was unprovoked. The juvenile was reportedly lying in bed at the time. The victim was transported to a Tulsa Hospital for treatment for a non-life-threatening injury.
Robinson was booked into the Mayes County Jail on charges of Domestic Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Child Abuse.
