West Richland Police Department received a report of shots fired at a residence on Hershey Lane on December 23, 2023, at approximately 3:00 a.m. No injuries were reported.

West Richland officers teamed up with Benton County Sheriff deputies and Kennewick officers to apprehend the suspect responsible for the shooting.

Officers recovered the firearm and vehicle involved in the shooting.
