Officers with the Baltimore Police Department were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Cold Spring Lane around 9:11 p.m. on December 23, 2023, to investigate a report of a shooting.
At the scene, officers located a 31-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Responding medics transported the male victim to a local hospital. At 10:55 p.m., the victim was listed in stable condition.
