Washington County, Florida – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 53-year-old Richard Nelson Carrillo.

According to WCSO, it received a call reporting an allegation of sexual misconduct between a 53-year-old man and a 9-year-old female.

WCSO investigators say they were able to identify Carrillo as a suspect during interviews. An arrest warrant was issued for Carrillo who was booked into the Washington County Jail.
