Waltham, Massachusetts – The Waltham Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident on Bacon Street. According to a WPD statement, officers responded to the scene around 4:39 p.m. on February 1, 2025.

At the scene, officers and EMTs tended to a 59-year-old victim who declined to be transported to the hospital.

WPD says two suspects were apprehended a short time later.

44-year-old Kevin Watts and 33-year-old Toshara Ondric are charged with Attempted Murder, Home Invasion, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

WPD says this was not a random assault and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
