Waller Police Department was dispatched to 31100 FM 2920 Road at an Exxon Station on November 25, 2023, in the early morning hours to investigate a robbery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the clerk on duty at the time of the robbery.

An investigation revealed that three adult males entered the establishment and robbed the clerk. CCTV footage from the business shows one of the male suspects armed with a handgun.

The three suspects have been identified as Hispanic males between the ages of 18 and 25.
