Visalia drive-by shooting on North Willis Street leaves dog deceased

A dog has been killed in a late night drive-by shooting in Visalia, California. The Visalia Police Department is currently investigating the shooting. VPD reports that its officers responded to a shooting at a residence in the 1600 block of North Willis Street around 11:20 p.m. on Saturday.

VPD says its officers arrived at the scene and found a dog shot in the front yard. The dog succumbed to its injuries. Officers are still at the scene investigating. No other details are available at this time.
