Vancouver Police say they are investigating a stabbing that happened outside a coffee shop on the city’s Downtown Eastside on Sunday morning. VPD says its officers responded to reports of a man stabbed near Keefer and Main Streets just after 11:30 a.m.

Authorities say the 56-year-old man was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. VPD believes the suspect and victim knew each other. Authorities confirm no arrests have been made at this time.
