Vancouver Police are investigating a targeted shooting on March 30, 2024. According to a news release from the Vancouver Police Department, VPD is investigating a targeted shooting in the downtown core tonight.
VPD says multiple witnesses called 911 around 5:40 p.m. to report shots fired near Richards Street and Robson Street. Evidence at the scene indicates that the shooting was targeted. At this time, there are no known injuries. No arrests have been made.
VPD says additional officers have been deployed to the area and investigations will work throughout the night to collect evidence from the scene. No other details are available at this time.
