Update – LMPD says one officer was shot in the hand and the other officer was shot in the leg. Louisville Police also say the officers are in great spirits.

Original – The Louisville Metro Police Department announced on social media that there is a heavy police presence in the 400 block of Roselane Street. LMPD asks everyone to avoid the area.

In an update, LMPD confirmed that two officers had been shot. They were transported to U of L hospital for treatment.
