The Tulsa Police Department has announced the arrest of 24-year-old Jacob Singleton in connection to a deadly shooting at Apache Manor. Around 9:25 p.m. on October 24, 2024, TPD officers responded to a shooting at Apache Manor near 2400 North Marion.

TPD says callers reported seeing two males fighting in the parking lot and one being shot. At the scene, responding officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Authorities say 37-year-old Thomas Washington was rushed to an area hospital where he passed away.

TPD says it has arrested 24-year-old Jacob Singleton. He was taken into custody near 5800 South Peoria on Friday afternoon. Singleton will be arrested for Felony Murder.
