The Tulsa Police Department has announced the arrest of 41-year-old Patrick Seno. TPD reports that its officers responded to several calls about a person shot outside an apartment complex near 43rd and South Owasso Avenue around 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday.

At the scene, responding officers found the victim in front of the complex suffering from a gunshot wound. TPD says the victim provided officers with information about the suspect. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.

Officers say that the victim and suspect got into an argument. The victim reportedly used bear spray on the suspect who pulled out a gun and shot the victim. The suspect was taken into custody with help from a K9 Officer.

41-year-old Patrick Seno was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for Shooting with Intent to Kill.
