Trinity County Animal Control Officer arrested for sexual assault of a child

Trinity County, Texas – Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace reports that an Animal Control Officer has been arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

According to authorities, TCSO was made aware of allegations of a sexual assault against Brandon Furman on July 1, 2025.

TCSO requested that Trinity County Precinct 2 Constable Mark Cole take the lead on the investigation.
