The Tracy Police Department is investigating a double shooting that occurred early Sunday morning. TPD reports that officers responded to a shooting in the parking lot of a gas station in the 3400 block of North Tracy Boulevard around 3 a.m. on May 26, 2024.
At the scene, TPD officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second victim was transported to an area hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.
TPD has identified the deceased victim as 23-year-old Alexander Gabriel Aguon of Stockton, California. TPD General Investigations Unit investigators responded to assume control of the investigation. No suspect information is available at this time.
