Afterword – Is HVNSleep A Scam?
Is HVN Sleep a scam? There is not enough evidence to validate this claim. However, Thinknix Enterprises Limited has a history of not processing customers’ orders, not heeding Refund Policy, and selling low-quality, ineffective products.
Thinknix Enterprises is not accredited by BBB. The filing shows 9 customer complaints in the last year, an “F” rating, and a 1-star customer rating.
Both versions of the HVNSleep Pod have Alibaba replicas. Hvnsleep.com utilizes the exact same product image as the Alibaba replica. ThinkNix Enterprises is most likely an Alibaba/AliExpress dropshipper.
After reading the BBB customer complaints, it looks as if Thinknix Enterprises processes some orders and not others. When the customer reaches out to the vendor, a representative makes an excuse as to why the order has not been shipped. The representative seems to be stalling, hoping to relax the customer long enough to allow the warranty period to expire.
Some of the complaints claim they received tracking numbers linked to unknown addresses. Once the tracking number shows the order delivered, PayPal removes all responsibility, Thinknix Enterprises is off the hook, and the customer has nothing to show for his/her money.
