California resident, Michael Alan Stoller pleaded guilty to defrauding cryptocurrency investors out of nearly $21 million. Stoller, CEO of Titanium Blockchain Infrastructure Services, Inc. “TBIS,” enticed investors to invest in his digital currency.
Stoller admitted to falsifying white papers for TBIS and client testimonials to lure crypto investors to buy “BARs.”
The 54-year-old Reseda resident is facing a prison sentence of up to 20 years for pleading guilty to securities fraud. Click on the link to access Department of Justice press release.
