The Tarrant Police Department is investigating a shooting in the 1200 block of Elizabeth Avenue. Around 9:15 a.m. on January 15, 2024, TPD responded to the aforementioned location after a report of shots fired.

At the scene, officers found two vehicles that had been struck as well as a nearby residence. Furthermore, officers recovered 14 40-caliber shell casings from the scene. According to TPD, a black or blue SUV was reported leaving the scene after the shooting.
