The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced that 36-year-old Timothy Randall England has been sentenced to 300 months in prison for the 2023 murder of a Stilwell resident.

England pleaded guilty to one count of Murder on April 30, 2024. Investigators say that England traveled to a Stilwell residence on February 7, 2023 and waited for the resident to arrive.

When the resident arrived, England opened fire upon the victim with a 7.62×39 rifle before fleeing the scene. The victim was shot three times and passed away at the scene. England was apprehended by the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service and arrested without incident.
