Richmond Police arrest suspect in fatal fentanyl overdose
The Richmond Police Department has announced an arrest in connection to a fatal fentanyl overdose. RPD reports that Kimberly Jo Smith was arrested for level 1 Felony of Dealing a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death.
