Sussex Police have charged a suspect in connection to the kidnapping of a woman in Hove on August 5. Authorities say 21-year-old Cameron Boxall is also charged with Theft of a Vehicle, Theft from a Vehicle, Driving Without a License and No Insurance, Making Off Without Payment, and Possession of Cannabis.

Boxall is scheduled to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on August 15. Authorities launched an investigation after a woman was kidnapped after being asked for directions by a man near Selbourne Road and Church Road around 2 a.m.

Sussex Police say a 21-year-old man and a 29-year-old man were also arrested in connection to the kidnapping. They were also arrested on other charges. They have been released on conditional bail as the investigation continues.
