Stockton Police investigating homicide early Wednesday morning on Torino Drive

A 35-year-old man is dead following a fatal shooting early Wednesday morning in Stockton, California. In a news release, the Stockton Police Department said officers responded to the 1600 block of Torino Drive for a person shot around 4:14 a.m. on April 24, 2024.

At the scene, responding officers found a 35-year-old male suffering from at least one gunshot wound inside a vehicle. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. SPD Homicide Detectives responded to the scene to investigate the shooting.
