St. Mary Parish, Louisiana – The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 18-year-old Kaleb Noel Leonard on 45 counts of Pornography Involving Children Under the Age of 13 and 54 counts of Sexual Abuse of an Animal.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the ICAC Task Force received the investigation from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities say CSAM or child sexual abuse material was discovered during the investigation.
On June 18, a warrant was obtained for Leonard. He was arrested for Pornography Involving Children Under the Age of 13 (13 counts). Leonard bonded out on a $195,000 bond.
As the investigation continued, authorities said additional evidence was discovered. As a result, another arrest warrant was obtained.
Leonard was arrested once again. He is now being held on $1,935,000 bail.
