The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office announced it is investigating a suspicious death. Around 9:40 a.m. this morning, deputies responded to the 180 block of Soneto Court in Port St. Lucie after a roommate returned home and found a 32-year-old man deceased. Detectives say they determined that the suspicious death was a homicide during the initial investigation.

Sheriff Keith Pearson of SLCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying anyone who may have heard or seen anything between 11 p.m. Friday through 9 a.m. Saturday. Anyone living in the area is asked to check their security cameras.
