St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office announced a shooting at approximately 9:30 p.m. via a social media post. Detectives were dispatched to the scene in the 1500 block of Tiffany Club Place in Port St. Lucie at about 8:00 p.m.

A 28-year-old male was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
