Kellytoy did not respond to any of the BBB complaints, but representatives took it upon themselves to close the cases. This is BBB’s way of making it appear to achieve success with all complaints. In other words, it is BBB trying to keep its ratings up, even though these 14 customer complaints are still unresolved. And, what is up with the Not Rated “NR” rating?

Another complaint claimed the tracking number was sent from 17track.net. The order was never received.

Afterword – Squishmallowsus Scam
Is Squishmallowsus.com a scam? Is Squishmallowsus a scam? There is no evidence to validate the legitimacy of the website. A Trustpilot review claimed the vendor was shipping from an Amazon warehouse, which is evidence enough to prove the above claim.
Squishmallows appears to be an official brand of KellyToy, a subsidiary of Jazwares, according to a New York Times article. A California business search did not render results for Kellytoy or Squishmallows. The official website, squishmallows.com, does not provide consumers with a physical address. Kelly Toys Holdings did not render results via the California Secretary of State website.
Kelly Toy has a 2.3-star Facebook rating, with 490 likes. Squishmallows has 132,612 followers and boatloads of interaction.
More evidence is needed to validate the legitimacy of Squishamallowsus.com. The BBB and Trustpilot reviews/complaints definitely do not put the website in a good light.
