As the witness was fleeing the home, she reportedly heard a single gunshot wound. Police say the witness ran back inside and saw Pattie Guthrie lying on the floor bleeding.

The witness fled and called 911. HCSO says deputies forced entry into the home and found Pattie Guthrie lying on the floor just outside the master bedroom.
