Spokane Police Arrest Two Females & Two Males Involved In Severe Beating Of Female Victim

Four suspects, ranging between 19 and 50 years of age, are behind bars following a police investigation. Officers with Spokane Police Department obtained arrest warrants for 19-year-old Danielle E. Bednarcik, 31-year-old Ashley A. Spencer, 33-year-old David P. Nieman, and 50-year-old Thomas W. Fetzer for their role in the severe beating of an unidentified female.

Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of West Boone at 10:33 a.m. on March 22, 2024, to investigate a report of a female screaming. Upon arrival, officers located a female victim suffering from serious bodily injuries. According to the report, the suspect forcibly shaved part of the victim’s hair.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. The woman was listed in serious but stable condition.

Fetzer, Bednarcik, Spencer, and Nieman have been detained in the Spokane County Jail on second-degree assault and first-degree kidnapping charges.
