The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee is investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday evening. SCSO reports that its deputies responded to a shooting with injuries at the Dollar General at the intersection of Berryhill Road and Chimneyrock Boulevard around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.

At the scene, responding deputies found an adult male victim lying in the parking lot suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Regional One in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing. No other details are available at this time.
