Today, a Volusia County jury announced its verdict against Shawn Bradberry who was charged with three counts of Sexual Battery on a person 18 years or older. Bradberry was found guilty as charged. The case was investigated by the Holly Hill Police Department and successfully tried by Assistant State Attorney Sarah Thomas.

Following the guilty verdict, Bradberry now faces up to 45 years in prison for the crimes. He is scheduled to be sentenced by the Honorable Leah Case at a later date.
