An early morning shooting has left two men injured in Seattle, Washington. The Seattle Police Department reports that detectives are currently investigating the shooting. Around 1 a.m., 911 Dispatch received a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of 1st Avenue.
SPD officers reached the scene and found a 32-year-old man inside the club suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
Later, a 26-year-old male victim was dropped off at Virginia Mason Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm. Police confirmed that the second victim was also shot at the nightclub location.
The investigation is being led by SPD’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit detectives. No other details are available and no suspects are in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call SPD’s Violent Crime Tip Line at 206-233-5000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
