Three Vacaville, California individuals are in custody following an investigation into an armed robbery and carjacking that occurred on December 11, 2023, in the area of 18^th and Kansas streets. Theodore Lee Gore, 29, Aaron Lemar Richardson, 42, and Marisa Renee Melton, 32 have been booked on multiple firearm and drug offenses.

San Francisco Police Department received a call regarding an armed robbery at about 1:34 p.m. on December 11, 2023. A sergeant spotted the suspect vehicle traveling eastbound on Interstate 80. A license plate record check revealed the vehicle was previously reported stolen in an outside jurisdiction. The vehicle fled out of sight.

Tenderloin officers attempted to stop a similar vehicle around 5:21 p.m. in the area of Eddy and Polk Street. A pursuit ensued and ended when the suspect vehicle crashed in the 500 block of Franklin Street. Officers apprehended the three suspects. A search of the vehicle recovered stolen merchandise, burglary tools, a firearm, and narcotics.

Theodore Lee Gore was arrested on multiple charges, including reckless evading, possession of a stolen vehicle, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of controlled substance and methamphetamine, and two counts of hit and run.

Aaron Lemar Richardson was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants. Authorities charged Richardson with additional charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle, controlled substance, methamphetamine, and loaded firearm.

Marisa Renee Melton was arrested on four outstanding warrants. Authorities charged Melton for possessing a controlled substance, burglary tools, methamphetamine, and a stolen vehicle.
