Sacramento County, California – The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 33-year-old Jessica Baker, AKA Jessica Johnson, and Danil Johnson.

According to SCSO, 35-year-old Danil Johnson reported that there was a video of a 9-year-old child performing sex acts on Baker in October 2024.

The Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that Child Abuse Bureau detectives investigated the case and learned that Baker and Johnson were sexually abusing the child by making her wear revealing clothing and modeling for them.

It is alleged that the abuse progressed by having the victim perform sexual acts on Johnson. Detectives arrested both on Monday.

Baker and Johnson are charged with Lewd Acts with a Child Under 14, Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials, and Use of an Underage Person for Obscene Material.

Baker is being held on $300,000 bail and Johnson is being held on $500,000 bail. They will appear in court on January 29, 2025.
