Registered sex offender and Cal Firefighter arrested for flashing a woman once again

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Office reports that Rancho Cordova Police have arrested a registered sex offender for flashing a woman in March. RCPD says officers responded to a car wash on Sunrise Boulevard after a man exposed his erect penis and tried to speak to the victim on March 30, 2024.

The victim drove away from the scene before reporting the incident to police. RCPD detectives say they identified the suspect as 32-year-old Clifford Robinson who was arrested for a similar offense several years prior.

Robinson is also a registered sex offender and was a firefighter for Cal Fire. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Robinson who was arrested at his home on May 23, 2024. He was booked into the Sacramento County Jail before posting a $10,000 bail and being released.

Robinson was charged with Indecent Exposure of Private Parts in a Public Place. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying other potential victims. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 916-874-5115 or Crime Stoppers at 916-443-HELP.
