The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department is searching for other victims after a 56-year-old Riverside man was charged with Sexual Battery and False Imprisonment. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reports that its deputies took a report of a sexual battery in May 2024.

Deputies say they discovered that a certified masseuse, Charles Oliver Russell, had touched a customer inappropriately during a massage at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Rancho Cucamonga.

Detectives claim they were able to substantiate the allegations against Russell before obtaining an arrest warrant. On June 12, 2024, Russell was taken into custody and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
