The Raleigh Police Department says it has arrested a 23-year-old man in connection to a series of shootings on November 4, 6, and 7. RPD arrested 23-year-old Andrew Thomas Graney who is charged with one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.
Graney is also charged with 11 counts of Firing a Weapon into an Occupied Vehicle or Dwelling. RPD says Graney was taken into custody in the 2400 block of Kentford Court with another individual. The other individual was released with no charges.
APD said on November 7 that it was investigating multiple shooting incidents. The shooting incidents led to people, vehicles, and residences being struck. A list of the shooting incidents can be found here.
