PureHealth Research is not accredited by BBB. In the last year, 12 complaints have been filed against PureHealth Research. The complaints are regarding robo emails, unauthorized credit card charges, and subscription cancellation issues.
A BBB complaint, filed on December 1, 2020, claimed PureHealth Research charged a customer’s credit card, 8 times, causing $1,267.20 in monetary damage. The customer claimed to have never received a shipment from PureHealth and credit card charges were unauthorized, according to the BBB complaint. PureHealth Research addressed the complaint but refused to refund the customer.
Another customer claimed it was impossible to cancel auto-shipment.
Several BBB complaints claimed the supplement was ineffective, another claimed it caused an increase in heart rate. A BBB complaint filed on April 14, 2020, claimed the order was never processed and PureHealth refused to refund. The customer referred to PureHealth Research as a “BOGUS Company.”

Trustpilot 1.1-Star Customer Rating

Afterword – Liver Health Formula Scam
Is Liver Health Formula a scam? Is PureHealth Research a scam? There is not enough evidence to make this determination. However, it appears PureHealth Research does not have an active business filing in Virginia or Ohio. The Virginia business filing is currently “inactive.”
The BBB complaints and thousands of Trustpilot 1-star reviews point to an online supplement scam. Again, there is no evidence to validate PureHealth or Liver Health Formula.
Dr. Holly Lucille is a licensed naturopathic physician in West Hollywood. There is no evidence to connect Lucille to PureHealth, other than the official website content. The question remains, why would a licensed physician endorse PureHealth Research? With thousands of 1-star Trustpilot reviews and dozens of BBB complaints, Dr. Lucille is still in an endorsement deal with PureHealth Research.
More needs to be done to bring awareness to the hundreds of online supplement scams. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) need to step up to the plate. If you tally up the combined monetary losses experienced by American consumers alone, the total would run into thousands of dollars.
Do your research, do not become a victim. Trustpilot, Ripoff Report, and BBB are reliable review platforms. Do not trust paid review sites because they are being paid to provide 5-star ratings.
