A man is dead after being fatally stabbed in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The Prince George’s Police Department is investigating the stabbing. PGPD reports that its officers responded to the area of Rhode Island Avenue and Baltimore Avenue for a report of an unresponsive man outside a business around 11:05 p.m. on August 5, 2024.

At the scene, responding officers found an adult male victim suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. PGPD confirms detectives are working to identify the suspect and motive in the stabbing.
