A man is dead following a fatal shooting in Prince George’s County. The Prince George’s Police Department reports that its officers responded to the 5800 block of Timber Creek around 12:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting.

At the scene, responding officers found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds inside an apartment. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
